Printed Tees at Monsieur Poulet

A great source for groovy kids' tees is the French site Monsieur Poulet or Mr Poulet. Here you'll find some cute tees by a range of designers. Artists can submit designs that then get reviewed and voted on by those who have registered to participate on the site. Winning entries then have their design printed on a garment for women, men, or for children. Here are some I liked from the current range viewable for kids. The tees are limited editions and you will see some of these have sold out:

Crazy Castle or Ch√Ęteau fou by Aphte

Pffuit by Kiko

Princess or Princesse by Chamo

I guess a cloud or Devine moi un nuage by Lulu

Adorable Grizzly by Grootfontein

 Ninja by So Cuute

Star Maker by Luce

Monsieur Poulet delivers Fair Trade clothes and accessories; garments are made from organic cotton, and designers of the winning entries are paid. Find out more about how it works here.

You'll also find on their site these clever postcards by Monkey Design Ltd that can transform into all kinds of wonderful creatures:

Monsieur Poulet - great site, great designs, great idea!
Please forgive any poor translations - I do not speak French!

Thanks to Monsieur Poulet for allowing Kitty as a Picture Kids Design Blog permission to publish these images.

Pink Chicken Fall 11

I'm always interested to see Pink Chicken's new releases - I can count on there being something rich and bold that will catch my eye. The Pink Chicken Fall 11 collection has plenty of that; an exotic energy is captured using prints inspired by Africa and blended with traditional Indian block prints.

Pink Chicken is all about comfort and practicality too. There is nothing in the collection that looks awkward for a child to wear, which is something I wonder about a lot when I see children's clothing online. No concerns there; another great collection from Pink Chicken. Be sure to check out the full range at their website.
